I am having some issues. Where should I direct my queries?

PHP 7.4 or higher is required however we recommend using a later version PHP 8.2 or above.

User Area: You can upgrade your plan directly from the user area on our website. Just log in to your account and follow the prompts to select your desired upgrade.

Support Team: If you prefer assistance, you can contact our support team with your upgrade request. They will create an upgrade link for you and guide you through the process.

Can you help me customize my site?

While we cannot provide extensive assistance with site modifications, we are happy to help with minor adjustments. If your request involves adding or modifying just 3 or 4 lines of code, our team will gladly assist you at no extra charge. How do I install a theme?

There are two approaches to installing a theme: from your admin dashboard or through an FTP client.

Approach I: From Your Admin Dashboard
Log into the WordPress Dashboard with your login details.
Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
Click Add New.
Select the Upload Theme button.
Click Browse to locate the wordpress-theme.1.0.0.zip file from your computer.
Select wordpress-theme.1.0.0.zip and click Install Now.

Approach II: Upload and Install Theme Through FTP Client
Unzip wordpress-theme.1.0.0.zip to your desktop.
Use an FTP client like FileZilla to connect to your web server.
Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ on your server and upload the unzipped theme folder.
Log into the WordPress Dashboard with your login details.
Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
You will see the theme in the list. Click the Activate button.

The theme will now be activated. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the theme step by step.

What happens when my license expires?

Your site will remain intact. However, once the license expires, you will no longer receive support or updates. This means you won’t have access to the latest features, security patches, and technical assistance until you renew your license.
