Refund Conditions for New Purchases
If the theme(s) you purchased didn’t work properly as advertised and we couldn’t resolve the issue, we, WPMotif, will offer a full refund within 15 days of the purchase. Due to the nature of digitally delivered, non-tangible goods, refunds (full or partial) are only possible if the item(s) you purchased is broken, not working properly, or truly missing features as advertised on the sales page.
Refund Conditions for Theme Subscription Renewals
If you request a refund for a theme renewal within the first 30 days of the renewal, please contact our support team for assistance.

- Check Server Specifications: Ensure your server meets the requirements for the product and WordPress in general (WordPress Requirements).
Situations Eligible for a Refund
- Item is “Not as Described”: If our product is materially different from the description or preview, you are entitled to a refund.
- Security Vulnerability: If the item contains a security vulnerability that cannot be easily fixed, you are entitled to a refund. If it can be fixed, we will promptly update the item.
- Unresolved Issues: If our support team is unable to resolve your issue after you have opened a support ticket, a refund will be granted.
Situations Ineligible for a Refund
- No refunds will be given after 15 days from the initial purchase.
- Insufficient information was provided for a refund claim.
- Change of mind or unwanted item after purchase.
- Item met the description but did not meet personal expectations.
- Purchase made by mistake.
- Lack of expertise to use the item.

- Poor web server configuration and issues related to demo import.
- Error messages related to setup, hosting, configuration, or plugin conflicts.
- Theme Club purchases.
